Attorney Robin Rios grew up on the west coast of Florida and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Following graduation, Mr. Rios went on to receive his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University where he was the Bilingual Formatting Editor for the International Law Students Association Journal of International & Comparative Law.

Mr. Rios has had the opportunity to gain experience in numerous areas of law including family law, real estate and estate planning. However, upon being hired by Bernheim Dolinsky Kelley after his second year of law school, he began a promising career in the practice areas of property & casualty insurance litigation and personal injury litigation.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Rios has gained experience involving hurricane and windstorm homeowner’s insurance claims, plumbing and roofing homeowner’s insurance claims, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence claims along with civil litigation. Mr. Rios is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
