He has represented victims of all sorts including those hurt by dangerous and defective products, people injured from motor vehicle, trucking or motorcycle accidents, families or people that have suffered from a construction site accident, nursing home abuse, negligent security or sexual abuse. He has successfully resolved numerous cases for thousands of clients with several individual recoveries in excess of $1 million and in the multi-millions of dollars.

In recent years Jesse has taken on some of the largest medical device and pharmaceutical drug companies in the world. He was appointed State Court Liaison by the Honorable Judge Donovan Frank in MDL 2441: In re Stryker Rejuvenate and ABGII Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation and was an integral part of the leadership that litigated the case ultimately resolving for 1.43 Billion Dollars.
