Attorney Daniel Rivera grew up in North Texas and graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Studies. He then moved to Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Daniel began his legal career in the personal injury field, handling cases in the area of automobile accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and motorcycle accidents. Daniel prides himself on going above and beyond for his clients and strives to make the entire Personal Injury process as client-friendly and stress-free as possible. Mr. Rivera is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Ms. Shuman is a member of the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi and has been admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.

Outside of the office environment, Christina spends her much of her time engaged with her husband, children and their many activities, as well as remaining active in the community.  She coached youth soccer for many years; served as a board member of her town’s soccer association; is past president of the Parent Association for a local Montessori School and is presently involved with an organization that provides support and services for individuals affected by substance abuse.
