Jesse Bernheim is a founding partner of Bernheim Dolinsky Kelley, LLC . Jesse was born and raised in New Jersey. He attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and received a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Following graduation, Jesse moved to Miami, Florida and attended the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables where he graduated cum laude (with honors) in 2001.

Walter Kelley is a founding partner of Bernheim Dolinsky Kelley, and the managing partner of the firm’s Boston office. Walter lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts with his wife Alicia and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters. Walter has devoted his entire legal career to helping injury victims with products liability claims.

Louis Battista, ESQ

Louis is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney who has successfully litigated catastrophic brain and spinal cord injury and wrongful death cases statewide for more than 22 years. He has the distinction of being an AV rated attorney, selected as a member to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Daniel Rivera, ESQ

Attorney Daniel Rivera grew up in North Texas and graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and International Studies. He then moved to Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Jorgen Slots, ESQ

Attorney Jorgen Slots is originally from Southern California and graduated from University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Administration. Following graduation, Jorgen pursed a career in Accounting. After realizing the accounting profession was not for him, Jorgen moved to Florida to attend law school at St. Thomas University, where he graduated in the year 2012.
